The treatment and service from Cheryl was world class! From the initial phone call to book in, to the treatment. I treated myself to a back, neck and shoulder massage with added facial. It was absolutely blissful. Cheryl is so attentive, warm, accomodating and professional and pays such attention to detail (loved the candles, sensory room, heated oils, and quality products) She is also honest and well knowledgeable which is highly appreciated. There is a pre treatment questionnaire that makes sure the treatment requested is suitable, safe and if there are any amendments needed which is great. Cheryl even asked me if I had a preference to the oils used, room temperature, and how much pressure to use during the massage (light, medium or firm) The whole experience was wonderful, I felt relaxed, comfortable and left feeling invigorated and totally pampered. I can't recommend enough, I will definitely be a regular customer and pop in for a range of the different wonderful treatments offered after such a fantastic experience. Thank you ! Xx

Excellent service at Elexa Elegance 💚 i had a gel polish removed and new red gel polish applied to my toes and a brow tint & shape. So happy with the results. I will be recommending. Great as a vegan to know my therapist understands vegan & cruelty free
I have had a Deluxe Facial Ritual by beautiful Cheryl. She has made me feel welcomed and pampered, leaving my skin glowing with happiness and feeling inside reborn. It is the most relaxing place to be in, and I am incredibly grateful for Cheryl's expertise and gentle attention. I have had my little boy with me as he was feeling ill after his Covid19 vaccination and she welcomed him with the same warmth as she had before, he even had a hand treatment?! 😁 He absolutely loved it, our skin was smooth and healthy even hours later! Thank you so much for having us, we'll call again soon!

Cheryl was so lovely and accommodating, She even gave me a upgraded treatment due to all the cancelations. I was upgraded to a rose petal facial and led light therapy followed by head shoulder and face massage which was amazing, after all of this.. my paid treatment of Microderm facial started, I was very pampered & thankful!😊
